Welcome to Happy Hill!

From riding lessons to pony experiences, we work hard to create a calm, nurturing environment in which children and young adults can learn to ride safely. With sessions available including 1-1 and group riding lessons, pony therapy sessions, SEN, home-education, tots sessions and more, we tailor every experience to ensure that each child or adult can truly relax and enjoy their time with us.


An ABRS approved riding school, all our coaches have ridden or trained to international level and lessons are taught on our school master ponies.

Fun for all the family!

Our clubhouse is open weekends, 10am-5pm for ice creams, sundaes, hot waffles, chips, cheesy chips, paninis, tea, coffee and more - including our own special ice cream blends of unicorn and minion flavours!

Why not pop in, say hello to our friendly ponies and treat yourselves to an ice cream!

We're always happy to welcome visitors onto the yard. We can show you around, answer your questions or concerns and parents are always welcome to stay and watch while your children enjoy their pony experience. Pop in and see us!

Find us on Rudyard Lane (the B5331) directly opposite the exit from Rudyard Miniature Railway, by the bridge. Come up the lane following the signs and find us at the top of the hill.
